Who we are
This website is run by Sydney Robotaxis, an independent Australian pre-launch venture exploring the future deployment and operation of Tesla Cybercab fleets in Sydney. Sydney Robotaxis is operated by My Air Host Pty Ltd, ABN 63 634 743 605. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or authorised by Tesla, Inc. You can contact us at hello@sydneyrobotaxis.com.
What information we collect
This website does not have accounts or sign-up forms, and we do not ask visitors for passwords or personal financial information.
We only hold personal information that you choose to send us, for example your name, email address and message when you email us to register your interest or ask a question.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records basic technical information about visits, such as pages viewed, browser type and approximate location, to keep the site running and to show us overall visitor numbers.
How we use it
We use the information you send us to reply to you, to keep you updated on the project if you asked us to, and to understand interest in the project. We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for advertising.
Who else handles it
We use GoDaddy to host this website and Microsoft 365 to run our email. These providers process information on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We do not share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website uses only the basic cookies needed for it to work. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Keeping it and accessing it
We keep emails only as long as we need them for the purposes above. You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@sydneyrobotaxis.com.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

We may update this policy as the project develops. The latest version will always be on this page.
